ALOHA SWING DANCE CLUB!!!
Can you please let your club know that this December 7th (6:00 pm) PEARL HARBOR PARADE will have plenty of ROSIE THE RIVETERS in attendance and we would once again LOVE to have your swing dancers join us in the parade. It’s starts at Saratoga and Kalakaua Ave and ends at Kapiolani Park by there Zoo…on Monserrate.
If you want to wear 40’s clothes that would be fun, or Red, White & Blue is fun, and the Rosie white polka dots on Red would be the BOMB!!
You can join us in route if you don’t want to be at the start of the Parade. This parade last for one hour down Kalakaua. You had a few members join us last year and the parade spectators LOVED your swing dancers and some of those on the sidelines joined in and did some swing dancing themselves!!!! It was really a hoot and the ROSIES LOVED it as much as the spectators.
